Our House Rules

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules, and feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Check-in and Check-out

The standard check-in time is 16:00, and check-out is at 12:00. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We kindly ask that you notify us at least one hour before your arrival, allowing our property administrator, Mrs. Luminita, to be present for key handover.

On the check-out day, please inform Mrs. Luminita at least one hour before your departure so she can collect the keys.

Wildlife Safety

Due to increased wildlife activity (bears mostly) in the area, we insist that you do not leave food outside and that you close the entrance gates in the evening. Your safety and the safety of local wildlife are of utmost importance to us.

Indoor Shoes

To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of our wooden floors, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering the chalets with outdoor shoes. Complimentary slippers are provided at the entrance for your convenience.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the chalets due to the risk of setting off smoke detectors. Additionally, as our chalets are constructed from wood, there is a fire risk. Please respect this policy for the safety of all guests.

Furniture Use

Please refrain from moving indoor furniture outside, as it is designed for interior use only.

Toilet Usage

We kindly request that you do not dispose of anything other than toilet paper in the toilets to prevent blockages and backups. We appreciate your cooperation.

Fire Safety

For your safety and the protection of our chalets, do not leave fires burning in the outside fireplace or grill area.

Staircase Weight Limit

The interior stairs have a limited weight capacity of approximately 100kg, so please use them one person at a time for safety.

Pet Policy

Unfortunately, we do not permit pets in our chalets.

House Rules Book

We also recommend reading the “House rules book” available in the chalets on the dining table. It contains additional instructions for using the chalet’s facilities and amenities.

Damage Notification

If any items or objects in the chalet are damaged or broken during your stay, please notify us immediately. The cost of any damage will be charged through the platform used for your reservation at market prices.

Please understand that we do not accept responsibility for any incidents that may occur if these rules are not adhered to.

If you have any questions or require further clarification on these rules, please feel free to ask, and we’ll be happy to assist.
